I haven’t started to bleed within 48 hours of taking the Misoprostol medical abortion pills. What should I do?

Call our Aftercare Line on 0333 016 0400 if you do not bleed at all, only have spotting or smearing 48 [DM1] hours after taking all the Misoprostol pills (2^nd or 3^rd stage, depending on your circumstances). Some patients are informed that they should contact if there has been no bleeding at 24 hours.
