NUPAS Maidenhead is based inside Symons Medical Centre. Access is via the doctors entrance at the rear of the car park, please ring the bell for entry to NUPAS Maidenhead
By car – If travelling via M4 take Junction 9B, A4 Maidenhead/Reading, 0.2 miles, at the roundabout take the 3rd exit onto A4/Bath Road, 0.2 miles at the next 2 roundabouts stay on the A4, 1.1 miles turn left into All saints Avenue, the health centre is located 0.1 miles on the left.
