Pricing & Cost for Irish & Overseas Abortion

We understand the extra cost of travel involved in abortion for our overseas clients. We therefore offer a reduced rate for abortion treatment.

A FREE courtesy taxi will collect you from Manchester Airport and drive you to our South Manchester Private abortion clinic.  The taxi will also take you back to the airport for your return journey home. Please discuss options with us if you wish to use another one of our clinics in the UK.

NUPAS are pleased to confirm that, following the landmark announcement that women from Northern Ireland will be able to access funded abortions, NUPAS will now provide NHS abortions to women travelling from Northern Ireland at no charge. You will only need to pay for your travel costs.

Help with travel costs will be available if you meet the government’s financial hardship criteria.

How does the government define financial hardship?

While abortions will be free for anyone resident in Northern Ireland, necessary travel and accommodation costs are only available to those who meet financial hardship criteria. This includes women on Income Support, income-based Jobseekers’ Allowance, income-related Employment and Support Allowance, Pension Credit Guarantee and/or have an income of £15,276 or less. Minors and vulnerable adults will be able to obtain funding to have an adult parent, guardian or support person travel with them. The Central Booking System will be able to help you determine if you are eligible.
