“I was really nervous when contacting NUPAS Manchester because I’ve never experienced something like this before and it was really unexpected. From the moment they answered the phone I felt seen, respected and cared for. Everyone from receptionists, to nurses and midwives were amazing. Access to the service was really quick and efficient, with information provided clearly and support offered throughout. The emergency nurse phone line was amazing and when I had a concern, I was able to speak to a nurse within 3 minutes of calling. All of the nurses were so warm, kind and personable. I am surprised seeing the bad reviews and hope others who require the service don’t feel anxious to use the service owing to them – I’m glad I didn’t see them before attending as they don’t reflect what I experienced.
