By car – If travelling via M4 take Junction 9B, A4 Maidenhead/Reading, 0.2 miles, at the roundabout take the 3rd exit onto A4/Bath Road, 0.2 miles at the next 2 roundabouts stay on the A4, 1.1 miles turn left into All saints Avenue, the health centre is located 0.1 miles on the left.
