The Care Quality Commission (CQC) are the independent regulator of all health and social care services in England.
They are funded by the government to ensure that care provided by hospitals, dentists, ambulances, care homes and elsewhere meets government standards of quality and safety.
The CQC carry out unannounced routine visits to ensure the standard of care provided is compliant with the national standards. The CQC has carried out inspections to our clinics and during these visits, the CQC inspectors spoke with members of staff, clients and client supporters.
